Counselling for Mid-life
Creative Edge offers a contained and facilitated process of self-examination and personal growth, with an emphasis on the issues that typically arise at mid-life, namely career, relationship and the mid-life crisis of meaning.
Client Group
Generally we work with people who are 25 years of age or older.
Issues We Work With
Some of the issues that we deal with on a regular basis include:

loss of enthusiasm
lack of a sense of meaning and purpose
life stage transitions
spiritual emergence

loss and bereavement

Individual, Couple and Group Therapy
We counsel individuals on a one-on-one basis. We do couple counselling. We also run groups for people who wish to take their individual work to a deeper level by learning more about themselves in relationship. The Soulmaking Group is an ongoing group for both men and women that creates a container for transformative growth and embodiment at the personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal levels through
